A1 適用范圍
本標 準 規 定了無碳復寫紙翹曲的測定法，即規定了放在平整表面上的無碳復寫紙紙樣翹曲程度的
測量方法。
A2 定義
翹 曲度 ： 在規定的濕度和溫度條件下，將無碳復寫紙試樣放在一個平整的表面上，經規定曝露時間
后，紙的邊緣距平整表面的高度。
A3 儀器
刻度 尺 ：150m m的尺子，至1m m,零刻度必須在尺子的邊緣，以便刻度尺能以正直角豎立于
平坦的置放面上。
A4 試樣采取和準備
A4.1 按GB 450和GB 10739的規定進行試樣采取和測定．
A4.2 紙面應平整，不應有皺紋和褶子，避免陽光直射。
A5 試驗步驟
沿 試樣 的 橫向等距切取100m mX 1 00m m試樣6張，標出試樣的縱向和使用時正面及層別（CB,
CFB和CF），在（25士3）%r.h．環境下放置2h以上，然后移入規定的濕度環境（50士2）oor.h.，三張正
面朝下，另外三張正面朝下，曝露2h，用刻度尺垂直接觸平整面，測量紙翹離平面高度。
A6 試驗結果評定
試樣 翹 曲 的程度評定如下：
微翹 曲 ： 試樣任一處或邊、角上翹高度小于等于5m m;
中等 翹 曲 ：試樣任一處或邊、角上翹高度為大于5m m小于等于10m m;
重翹 曲 ： 試樣任一處或邊、角上翹高度為大于10m m小于等于20m m;
嚴重 翹 曲 ：試樣任一處或邊、角上翹高度大于20m m,
A7 結果報告
報告 出每 組試樣翹離平面高度的zui大值，如果一個試樣若干次試驗的差別很大，可進行重復試驗．
并以95寫置信區間報告試驗結果。
